As we prepare to welcome 2024, it seems right to bid farewell to the past year paying tribute to the achievements that shaped SAMP Group’s 2023. We are pleased to share significant accomplishments that reflect our dedication and the collective efforts of our team. This year, we recorded consistent revenue growth, with an increase exceeding 35% compared to 2022, both in Italy and across the entire Group.
Our team has played a crucial role in this success story. With employee numbers growing by more than 35%, we surpassed the significant milestone of 100 team members in our Italian headquarter, and more than 200 employees all over the globe. In our ongoing commitment to employee development, we invested in training and skill enhancement. Our team members have dedicated more than 45 hours to strengthening their digital and cross-functional skills, contributing to the enhancement and empowerment of our work.
Another achievement we would like to share is our additional step towards sustainability. We earned the Ecovadis certification, achieving a silver rating and securing a 92nd percentile ranking in our industry. This certification underscores our sincere commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
Reflecting on these successes, we acknowledge the collective pride and effort that have brought us to this point. SAMP Group remains steadfast in pursuing excellence, sustainability, and the continual growth of our team. We look forward to building on this foundation in the coming year.
