Our engineers are also able to upgrade the control systems of your machine to meet the changing requirements of your product specifications or production management targets.
SAMP recommend that machine upgrades take place during low production cycles or during factory holiday periods. We visit your premises to audit and test your machine and identify which components need to be replaced or added to your setup to meet your precise product specification.
We rarely need to dismantle the machine and typically the upgrade work requires limited downtime after which the new product line is fully tested and integrated into your production line.
Examples of machine upgrades that we install include adding an additional extruder to a production line, an additional wire line to a wire drawing machine, or a line control upgrade.
