Sampsistemi is proud to announce a new start following its recent acquisition by Swiss-based HVD Partners. This important step provides SAMP with a firm financial base that will allow it to continue to innovate and to better serve its valued clients around the globe. The company has thus preserved its legacy of Italian engineering, craftsmanship and innovation.
Sampsistemi’s annealing product portfolio is based on three different platforms: AH platform for rod breakdown lines, AN platform for multi-wire lines and AI platform for single wire lines, the last one being completed by annealers integrated with drawing machines into a single frame (MT220/250RC).
After extensive and careful assessments, we have made the difficult decision to withdraw from exhibiting and participating in the Wire Düsseldorf 2020.
The Sampistemi extrusion portfolio is very wide, ranging from fine wire insulation lines for min. cable diameter 0.15 mm (0.006 inches) to heavy power sheathing lines with max. cable diameter 250 mm (approx. 10 inches).The company engineered many different solutions to pull the wire according to its large production programme.
Thanks to its wide range of machines, Sampsistemi can offer turnkey solutions for silicone rubber insulation and sheathing lines from less than 1 mm2 (18 AWG) to more than 400 mm2 (750 MCM) and final cable diameters of more than 50 mm (2 inches).
Focusing on the C2S extrusion service, in 2019 more than 3500 pieces have been shipped from Fagnano Olona, near Milan (Italy), all over the world, ensuring the continuous efficiency and top-quality performance of the Sampsistemi Extrusion lines.
Such a vision has recently lead ProCab to finalize an important deal with Sampsistemi for the supply of a new Multiwire Drawing Line for 16 copper wires characterized by a quite innovative design.
